Featured on Food Network in 2014 for their ribs and pretzel bomb sandwich, BBQ King Smokehouse was started about 8 years ago by two brothers who just loved to cook. They started messing around in the back yard, and as a result they came up with a small cozy place that welcomes everybody. From the natural aroma of their hickory smoker filling the building, to the old recycled barn wood that was used for the d├ęcor. BBQ King Smokehouse is the place you want to bring your friends and family to have some great BBQ!

Home-grown barbeque by Chicago BBQ has earned the Windy City quite the reputation at Midwest rib events by winning awards galore for this Berwyn-based company. It is owned and lead by barbeque expert Tom Ferguson, who started the company in 1985 with a vision of creating the ultimate low and slow-smoke barbeque experience.

The Howling Coyote cooking team has competed in and won many prestigious national and international cook-offs. Their team has over 60 years of combined professional cooking experience. Their equipment is NSF approved and can produce close to 4,000 lbs. of ribs a day. The management team is Restaurant Sanitation certified and receives the highest marks from Health Department inspectors.

Porky Chicks BBQ serves up perfect mix of Kansas City & Memphis style BBQ. Mark Grant, Owner of Porky Chicks BBQ said, "Well you know, the thing of it is, we're from the south and people from the south do BBQ a little bit different. Everybody seems to tend to like southern style BBQ, we call it the in-between BBQ. Everybody talks about Memphis style, Kansas City style and we're half way in between Memphis and Kansas City, so I'd say it's in between. Our slogan is who knows a rib better than a razorback.

Uncle Bub's might be one of the "youngest" rib vendors on the block, but you'd never guess it from experiencing the sauces, slabs and other menu items from this Westmont, Il, eatery that launched in 1997. Their reputation among rib aficionados grows each year!
