Mark Grant, Owner of Porky Chicks BBQ said, "Well you know, the thing of it is, we're from the south and people from the south do BBQ a little bit different. Everybody seems to tend to like southern style BBQ, we call it the in-between BBQ. Everybody talks about Memphis style, Kansas City style and we're half way in between Memphis and Kansas City, so I'd say it's in between. Our slogan is who knows a rib better than a razorback.
